An IPDRG (Inpatient Diagnosis Related Group) Coder job description for a healthcare posting includes

 like reviewing inpatient medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, assigning and validating DRGs based on coding guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
