Identify, connect, and convert leads in industrial/marine automation and system integration sectors. Schedule meetings, engage with potential clients, and maintain key accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert business opportunities. Prepare proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs with tailored solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with End Users, Partners, EPCs, and OEMs. Collaborate with vendors for optimal material selection and support from technical team in proposal development. Participate in presales activities and provide technical and commercial support throughout projects. Travel to multiple locations to meet clients. Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and sales datasheets. Qualifications: Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 1-2 years of relevant experience. Industrial automation course is a plus. Proven experience in Technical, products and sales such as industrial automation, system integration, or related fields. Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
