Identify, connect, and convert leads in industrial/marine automation and system integration sectors. Schedule meetings, engage with potential clients, and maintain key accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert business opportunities. Prepare proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs with tailored solutions. Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Industrial Automation Lead Engineer responsible for developing and commissioning automation solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include development, testing, validation, technical documentation, site commissioning, technical support, and mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and commission automation projects. - Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents such as test reports and manuals. - Conduct testing and validation of automation systems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Provide technical support to the sales team and clients during pre-sales, execution, and after-sales stages. - Train and support junior engineers to uphold project execution, quality standards, and best practices. - Ensure compliance with safety practices and quality management requirements. - Travel to project sites for survey and execution. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B. Tech in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or mechatronics engineering. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in executing automation projects. - Strong expertise in IEC 61131-3 programming languages (LD, structured text, FBD) and developing applications using various automation frameworks. - Proficient in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet IP, Profinet, OPC, CAN, etc. - Thorough understanding and experience with control system architecture, P&ID diagrams, FDS, control drawings, single-line diagrams, and panel drawings. - Experience in testing procedures, FAT/SAT, and commissioning of automation projects. - Prepared project documents like IO lists, test reports, manuals, and other technical documents. - Willingness to travel to customer sites for project execution and commissioning. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
