Fellowship in Uro-Oncology or Surgical Oncology with focused experience in cancer surgeries. 5–15 years of hands-on experience in uro-oncologic surgery, preferably within high-volume oncology centers. Skilled in robotic and laparoscopic techniques for procedures such as radical prostatectomy, cystectomy, nephrectomy, and complex pelvic surgeries. Strong understanding of TNM staging, NCCN/ESMO guidelines, and multimodal cancer care strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and collaborate within a clinical team. Published research or active participation in national/international urology or oncology forums. Experience managing high-risk and recurrent malignancies across diverse patient demographics.
