Hiring : Color Matching Technical Head Paint Industry We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Color Matching Technical Head to join our team in the paint industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage colour matching operations (RAL) for decorative and industrial paints. Ensure precision in shade matching, formulation, and consistency across batches. Work closely with R&D, QC, and production teams to meet customer requirements. Provide technical guidance to colourists and technicians. Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and maintain quality standards. Overseas travelling to meet key paint factories. Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in the paint industry. Proven expertise in colour matching & shade development. Strong knowledge of paint formulations, pigments, and raw materials. Hands-on experience with colour matching equipment and software. Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage technical staff. Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in leading paint companies such as: Asian Paints | Dulux | Nerolac | Nippon Paint | Shalimar Paint | Sunshine Paint | Opus Paint | JSW Paint | AkzoNobel Paints will be given preference.
