Company Description This position is for the role of Education Coordinator at Dunamis Wellness Pvt Ltd, the official distributor for Balanced Body in India. Balanced Body is the global leader in manufacturing of Pilates Equipment. Balanced Body offers everything Pilates - state of the art equipment, excellent after sales service, and an internationally acclaimed Pilates Education program. The Balanced Body Pilates Teacher Training program is offered across the entire country as India has educators in almost all major metro cities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Education Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with educators and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include working on the Balanced Body portal to keep records in order, maintaining educational records, and facilitating communication between clients and the eductors. The person hired for this position will need to coordinate with Balanced Body Education headquarters in California, USA. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in coordinating and Training programs is a plus Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
