Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve chit subscription targets. Identify and explore new markets and segments for business expansion. Monitor competition and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, agents, and branch sales officers. Set monthly/quarterly targets and review team performance regularly. Motivate and retain high-performing sales staff. 3. Business Development Build a strong network of agents and channel partners. Establish relationships with potential customers, groups, and business communities. Drive group formation activities and mass subscription initiatives. 4. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication. Address grievances and resolve customer issues related to sales. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure sales processes comply with chit fund regulatory guidelines and internal company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and team performance. Present weekly/monthly sales MIS to top management. 6. Preference will be given to those who have Finance/Chit Fund industry experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition Identify and approach potential customers for chit fund schemes. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital marketing. Develop a strong network of prospective clients through community engagement. 2. Sales & Business Development Promote various chit fund schemes and explain their benefits to customers. Convert leads into subscribers and achieve monthly sales targets. Assist customers in selecting suitable chit plans based on their financial goals. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer queries and provide support throughout the subscription period. Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Monitor competitor strategies and market trends. Provide insights to management for refining sales and marketing strategies. 5. Marketing & Promotional Activities Conduct field campaigns, customer awareness programs, and promotional events. Utilize digital and offline channels (social media, pamphlets, community events) to attract customers. Develop marketing materials and strategies to enhance brand visibility. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain customer records, sales data, and daily reports. Provide updates on customer feedback and market conditions to the management.
