Solid leadership and mentoring ability. Agile development experience. Additional Skill: Good to Have: AWS/Databricks certifications. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK). Exposure to machine learning data workflows. Software Skills: Python Databricks (SQL, PySpark, Workflows) AWS (S3, EC2, Glue) Terraform/CDK (good to have)
