This role encompasses working closely with the sales team to identify business growth opportunities, drive technical engagements, involve appropriate subject matter experts, and provide technical solutions for our customers. Key duties and responsibilities Work independently within multi-disciplinary teams to significantly grow our business for a full portfolio of simulation products, particularly within the Aerospace and Defence sector. Demonstrate profound technical mastery and knowledge of engineering simulation techniques, specifically within aerospace domains, to provide the highest level of technical support to customers, ensuring high-quality and timely service. Regularly interact with aerospace customers to understand their solution needs, key business initiatives, and engineering design workflows, addressing their requirements for solutions during design and engineering stages. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Preferred skills and knowledge areas In-depth knowledge and experience in Astrodynamics (orbital mechanics, trajectory optimization, mission planning). Strong understanding of Flight Dynamics (aircraft stability and control, aerodynamic performance). Familiarity with Radar Systems principles, simulation, and analysis. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools. Proficiency in Multiphysics simulations relevant to aerospace applications (e.g., aero-thermo-structural coupling, fluid-structure interaction, electromagnetics). Prior experience in modelling and simulation of complex aerospace systems. Knowledge of various aerospace subsystems and their interactions. Experience with space launch vehicles, satellites, aircraft, or defence systems. Ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and C-level executives.
