Competency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with the following programming languages: Python, MATLAB, C#, Java. Demonstrated understanding of aerospace engineering practices, product development lifecycles, experience with building solutions using simulation technology, and deploying those solutions within customers engineering workflows. Track record of delivering exceptional customer outcomes and contributing to revenue impact with A&D industry. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers and a wide range of audiences. Fluent in writing and speaking English. Ability to organize and drive multiple complex projects across geographically diverse locations. Possesses a strong sense of urgency. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Preferred skills and knowledge areas In-depth knowledge and experience in Astrodynamics (orbital mechanics, trajectory optimization, mission planning). Strong understanding of Flight Dynamics (aircraft stability and control, aerodynamic performance). Familiarity with Radar Systems principles, simulation, and analysis. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools. Proficiency in Multiphysics simulations relevant to aerospace applications (e.g., aero-thermo-structural coupling, fluid-structure interaction, electromagnetics). Prior experience in modelling and simulation of complex aerospace systems. Knowledge of various aerospace subsystems and their interactions.
