Track performance using native analytics and dashboards; report what worked/what didn’t and iterate weekly. Manage community basics : respond to comments/DMs as per brand guidelines; escalate when required. Must‑Have Experience 3–5 years in social/content roles (agency or in‑house) with a portfolio of reels/shorts, carousels, and copy that drove engagement.
