Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and controlling the setting up of the RF testing facility. This includes building and training the RF Testing team, as well as managing the execution of RF testing. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth conduct of FATs of the radar system and planning and managing the testing of radar components, subsystems, and systems. Additionally, you will supervise power ON checks on the antenna and plan and manage near field/far field testing of the antenna, generating the required reports. You will also be in charge of designing and constructing RF test bench setups and fixtures according to given specifications to support manual and ATE Testing. You will be responsible for performing technical writing tasks, which may include proposals, reports, test procedures, and specifications. Providing maintenance support to the radar system during and post-warranty period will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will manage the installation of RF safety measures and ensure the implementation of RF safety protocols. Your role will involve optimizing testing processes to minimize testing time and conducting testing of IFF.,
