As a FCUBS Senior Technical Consultant with 6+ years of experience based in Bengaluru, you will be expected to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Good knowledge of the Banking domain and experienced in Banking Systems. - Leading various strings of FCUBS implementation from a technical perspective. - Migration experience in at least 3 projects, including modules such as core, CASA, Consumer Lending, and Trade Finance. - Managing FCUBS Installation, Interface configuration, and Business logic development. - Leading a team of 5 to 10 members and conducting migration activities in at least 2 projects. - Working with any of the following versions of BS: 10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.5, 11.0, 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 12.x. - Proficiency in PL/SQL, JavaScript, Basic Java, and exposure to various modules of FCUBS. - Implementation leadership in multiple FCUBS projects involving Migration. - Basic understanding of Oracle database performance monitoring/tuning, interpreting AWR reports, initial analysis & identifying problem areas. - Familiarity with the FCUBS framework and RAD tool. In addition to the mandatory qualifications and skills, the following are desirable skills for this role: - Fluency in English and ability to work in a team of multi-country professionals with good customer handling skills. - Dynamic individual ready to work in a challenging atmosphere with flexible working hours and the ability to stretch on a need basis. - Willingness to travel for short and long terms to client sites.
