We are currently looking for an IT Engineer to join our team at Netgleam Consulting Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in network administration, design, and maintenance. As an IT Engineer, your key responsibilities will include managing WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, switches, FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco Switches/Routers, Cisco WLAN, and Cisco IP Telephony. You will also be responsible for network monitoring, conducting network assessments, and preparing improvement plans. Additionally, you will assist in IT Infra Projects such as LAN cabling supervision, rack setup, and dressing. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of network performance tuning, LAN, WAN, and IT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities are essential for this role. Good communication skills in English and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field are required. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking certifications are preferred. Skills that would impress us include technical zeal, quick learner, quality-focused, strong reading & documentation skills, and excellent coordination across teams.
