As a Consultant in the People Consulting (PC), HR Transformation (HRT) team at EY- GDS Consulting, you will play a key role in managing the global workforce in today's fast-changing and highly disrupted environment. Your work will involve supporting clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while prioritizing employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your expertise in HRT to support client projects, collaborating with other parts of the GDS organization and EY member firms - Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in HR functional domains such as HR process re-engineering, HR shared services, HR technology assessment, vendor selection, etc. - Build strong relationships and drive effective communication with clients and project team counterparts globally - Contribute to the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance capability offerings within the PC practice - Collaborate with subject matter experts across various HR service areas to share insights on strategic and operational performance - Ensure high-quality deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and obtaining excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts Skills and Attributes for Success: - High integrity and commitment to working in a new and challenging environment - Ability to manage ambiguity and proactively address challenges - Strong communication and presentation skills - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects following EY and country-specific travel guidelines Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in HR Transformation or HR consulting - Masters degree in HR or a similar full-time MBA/EMBA program - Exposure to HR transformation programs enabled by technology - Strong understanding of one or more HCM systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in consulting for global organizations across industries, with expertise in areas such as HR operating model design, organization design, shared services advisory, HR processes optimization, and HR analytics - Proficiency in process documentation tools like ARIS, Visio, and knowledge of digital solutions like RPA, AI, ML applied in HR processes - Knowledge of change management, project management, and business case development in the context of HR transformation What We Look For: - Independent, self-motivated professionals with a proactive and results-oriented approach - Technical experts with commercial acumen and enthusiasm to adapt and learn in a fast-moving environment - Willingness to engage in continual professional development, take on new responsibilities, and work with clients across geographies Working at EY offers you the opportunity to collaborate on inspiring and meaningful projects, receive support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues, develop new skills, progress your career, and work in a flexible environment that aligns with your individual growth plan. As a Consultant (Staff) in HR Transformation at People Consulting, Global Delivery Services, you should have 2-4 years of experience in the HR consulting domain along with a Master's degree in HR or a full-time MBA. It is preferred to have work experience or exposure to HR transformation programs and working as part of a global distributed team. You are recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects focusing on areas such as HR transformation, HR process improvement, and shared services advisory. Your key responsibilities will include being part of the HR transformation practice at EY, working on global client projects as part of a global distributed team. You will ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all work outputs and build expertise in one or more areas in the HR functional domain. Additionally, you will support the development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance HR transformation and broader capability offering within the practice. You must have experience in handling contractor management activities including onboarding, offboarding, and completion tracking. You should possess strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire), expertise in process mapping and documentation using tools like ARIS, Visio, and others, as well as experience in HR operating model design, organization design, role descriptions, role catalog, RACI documentation, benchmarking, organization structure design, shared services advisory, and transition to shared services environment.
