Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in handling Companies Act, 2013 compliance, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and statutory filings. Coordinate and organize board and general meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance. Conduct legal research on corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines. Prepare applications, petitions, and responses for NCLT and regulatory matters. Handle event-based and periodic filings with MCA, RBI, and stock exchanges.
