The role involves carrying out Research Experimentation work to support Researchers in the field of Product and Process Research. This includes tasks such as Raw Material Management, Lab Management, Literature Surveys, Experimentation, and Characterization of Raw Material and Products. Additionally, the role entails supporting in the drafting of Reports, Journal Papers, Patents, and other related documents. The responsibilities also involve conducting Lab scale, Pilot scale, and Plant scale Trials, and maintaining records of results in a presentable form. The incumbent is expected to keep track of contingencies and consumables required for the work, as well as assist Researchers in the preparation of various reports associated with the research projects. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, technical patent/paper writing, data analysis using tools like Excel, Mass balance, and coordination with in-house and external labs are essential skills required for this role. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical, Mineral Engineering, or Mechanical. This is a contractual role that involves a wide range of tasks related to research experimentation, data analysis, and report preparation to support ongoing projects in the field of Product and Process Research.,
