We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within a designated region. Jpb locations :- Maharashtra , Gujarat , Delhi NCR Role & responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and distributors within the region. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt sales approaches accordingly. Plan and coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Manage budgets, forecast sales, and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Preferred candidate profile : Own P&L for territory including realization of sales targets via effective placement, and optimized field force Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
