We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele sales Team Lead to manage and motivate our tele sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, setting sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring optimal performance to achieve department goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of tele sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies in alignment with company objectives. Monitor team performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management. Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for telesales staff. Resolve customer complaints or queries escalated by the telesales team.
