Your Role: Analyze business requirements related to service requests, quotations, and service order processing. Design and configure SAP SD modules to support R2S processes including inquiry, quotation, service order, delivery, and billing. Integrate SD with Customer Service (CS), CRM, and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. Customize pricing procedures, item categories, and billing types for service scenarios. Support the implementation of service contracts, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process integration. Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and support testing and training. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service order processing and billing. Document configurations, process flows, and user manuals. Your Profile: 5+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 1 year in service-oriented processes (R2S). Strong understanding of SD master data, order-to-cash, and service order management. Experience with integration to SAP CS, CRM, or S/4HANA Service. Familiarity with Fiori apps and digital service enablement. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SAP certification in SD or Service Management is a plus.
