🔹 Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Call potential clients from leads provided. Explain our real estate services and property options. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property suggestions. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients. Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM. Support the sales team by generating quality leads and appointments. 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role (real estate experience preferred). Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages: English, Hindi, etc.]. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
