Job title: Team Member Work Location: Madhyamgram, Reports to Owner – Tea Junction Employment Type Full Time and Part Time FUNCTION The purpose of this role is to maintain and complete on daily basis a variety of food & beverage preparation according to the organization standards, customer service & satisfaction & maintaining the Tea Junction outlet- cleaning & sanitation. Maintaining reports & documents on shift basis along with cash & card other modes of payment. The responsibility needs to be completed on shift basis. Customer Satisfaction  To provide great customer service & ensure complete customer satisfaction  Greeting Customers  Taking order from customers  Suggestive Selling food & beverage products to customer  Operating cash & card transactions  Operating other modes of payment  Sales & Service- Outlet & Online  Resolving basic customer query & complaints  Taking customer feedback  Thanking the customer  Maintaining food safety & hygiene B. Operations  To maintain outlet areas-cleaning & sanitation-shift basis  To maintain reports & records-shift basis  Tally of modes of payment with sales-shift basis  Handling and maintaining stock & inventory- shift basis  Maintaining other sales requirements C. Grooming & Personal Hygiene  Maintaining grooming & personal hygiene standards as per organization standards  Following & Maintaining uniform standards as per organization standards
