We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in the SAP SAC domain, specifically in Planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement planning and reporting solutions for clients. Create models and dimensions in SAC for data analysis and visualization. Build data actions and allocation processes to support business requirements. Design and develop analytical applications using SAP Embedded BPC. Configure delta loads using import connections and write formulae for importing jobs. Lead all phases of SAP implementation projects and develop documentation for training and user procedures.### Job Requirements Strong hands-on experience in Planning and reporting within the SAP SAC domain. Experience in creating models and dimensions in SAC for data analysis and visualization. Expertise in building SAC stories and Digital board rooms for effective decision-making. Knowledge of writing R-Scripts and configuring data imports and connections with sources to SAC. Good experience with SAP BW Modelling, extraction, and reporting. Familiarity with HANA Graphical Views is an added advantage.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data solutions. Automate monitoring model performance and retraining. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role. Strong Python (PySpark, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Hands-on with MLflow for model tracking & deployment. Expertise in Databricks for scalable ML workflows. Expertise in handling data issues including data gaps, duplicates, data drifts etc. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large databases. Solid understanding of statistical modelling, A/B testing, and predictive analytics. Strong grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and optimization techniques. Experience with A/B testing and model performance monitoring. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working knowledge of MLOps is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience deploying models to production using CI/CD pipelines.

Looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite and Workday Financials) and data warehousing (Snowflake) to support our ongoing ERP migration and data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for analyzing business data, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights across financial, operational, and HR functions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs related to NetSuite and Workday ERP implementation. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PBI tools. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from Snowflake to support business insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across NetSuite, Workday, and Snowflake. Support data migration and validation efforts during the ERP transition. Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Snowflake queries and pipelines. Create documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake. Experience working with NetSuite and Workday ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business data. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PBI. Understanding of ETL processes and data integration. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT. Experience with Python or R for data analysis. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics.
