Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic R Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in developing analytical solutions, data processing, and reporting using R. The ideal candidate should be skilled in writing clean, efficient R code, building dashboards or applications, and working with large datasets to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain R scripts, functions, and packages for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Build interactive dashboards and applications using R Shiny (or similar frameworks). Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable R-based solutions. Integrate R solutions with databases, APIs, and external tools. Automate reporting workflows and create reproducible research/analysis pipelines. Debug, test, and document R code to ensure reliability and maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field. 13 years of professional experience working with R in a data-driven environment. Strong knowledge of R programming , including data wrangling (dplyr, tidyr), visualization (ggplot2, plotly), and statistical modeling. Experience with R Shiny for developing interactive dashboards (preferred). Familiarity with SQL and database integration. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Good problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Good to Have (Optional Skills) Exposure to Python or other programming languages. Experience with machine learning libraries (caret, mlr, tidymodels). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
