The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding both startups and investors to our platform. This is a target-based role where your success will directly contribute to the growth of our ecosystem and be rewarded with competitive incentives. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation: Identify and research potential startups and investors through various channels (online research, networking events, referrals, etc.). ● Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce R&D Ideal Bridge and its value proposition. ● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our platform's offerings. ● Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of the R&D Ideal Bridge platform to potential clients. ● Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for onboarding new startups and investors. ● Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. ● Market Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and the market to contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and services. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. ● Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the startup, finance, or tech industry. ● Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. ● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. ● Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes. ● Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and investment landscape is a plus.
