The Accounts Assistant will support the accounts team in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR), Goods & Services Tax (GST) returns, and assisting in the finalization of accounts. The role requires knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and proficiency in relevant software. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns. Support in compiling and filing Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies. Assist in the preparation and finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers. Assist in TDS calculation and filing of TDS returns. Work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or others) for data entry and reporting. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for timely compliance.
