Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Product Development - Lead the design and development of next-generation EV chargers, ensuring a competitive edge in the market. - Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and High-Level Design (HLD) documents. - Manage the product development process using Agile, Waterfall, and V models. - Oversee internal and third-party testing phases, ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, CE, and UL certifications. Team Management - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of embedded software engineers and hardware designers. - Manage project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring technical challenges are addressed promptly. - Facilitate training sessions and technical seminars in collaboration with key component suppliers. Customer Engagement & Customization - Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand and integrate their requirements into ongoing product development. - Customize existing products to meet specific customer needs while maintaining product USP. Value Engineering & Innovation - Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to select alternate components for cost reduction. - Develop internal tools to enhance product development efficiency and reduce external dependencies. - Pioneer new solutions in distributed charging systems, high-capacity chargers, and software for field support. Field Support & Bug Resolution - Conduct regular meetings with field teams to gather insights on bugs and streamline problem resolution. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electronics /Electrical or a related field. - Over 15-20 years of experience in Telcom Power system/EVSE design. - Basic understanding in programming languages such as C and Python. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. - Strong understanding of EMI/EMC requirements, safety standards, and certifications. Skills - Project management, product development, and lifecycle management. - Technical leadership and team management. - EMI/EMC Safety, CE & UL certification processes. - Basic understand Python and C programming for hardware interaction and data analysis. - Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into printable formats, optimizing printing technology for industrial applications, and ensuring visual quality across our product line. Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop graphics to Implement commercial scale surface printing on engineered stone products (e.g., quartz surfaces, sintered stone, etc.). Collaborate with R&D department, and production teams to conceptualize, prototype, and finalize surface patterns. Operate and maintain digital/rotary/UV printing equipment used in stone decoration. Create high-resolution surface patterns, textures, and color layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrators and alike), CAD/CAM, and RIP software. Optimize ink adhesion, durability, and colourfastness for printed designs on various stone surfaces. Conduct trials and quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and durability of prints across production batches. Interface with material scientists and chemical engineers to assess surface treatments and compatibility with printing technologies. Stay up-to-date with design trends and software skills for material innovations, and sustainable printing solutions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma from the National Institute of Design (NID) / Equivalent institutions, in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Ceramic & Glass Design, or related disciplines. 0 2 years of relevant experience in surface design and applications. Strong knowledge of printing systems such as digital inkjet, UV, sublimation, and screen printing. Proficiency in design and editing software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD (preferred). Understanding of materials used in engineered stones, especially ink absorption and curing processes. Hands-on experience in color management, RIP software, and profile calibration. Desired traits: A good eye for design when working to create graphics of marbles, quartzites and other natural stone materials. Experience working with engineered stone, ceramics, or architectural surface materials is a plus. Strong sense of aesthetics and design interpretation for consumer and architectural markets.
