As an Order Management specialist, your key responsibilities will include: - Order verification (OVC) and Order Entry - Validate technical/site data and gather order information from customers - Review order status communication plan and obtain CSR for porting requests - Scrub & Validate CSR, reserve telephone numbers, and confirm documentation completeness - Submit order to provisioning and coordinate activation tasks - Resolve order fallout, track assigned orders, and escalate to supplier organizations if needed - Update price impacting quotes for change orders and manage fallout in specialty areas - Provide vendor partner oversight and ensure order completion To qualify for this role, you must have: - Any Degree or Postgraduate in any discipline - Telecom Order Management experience is mandatory - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills Don't miss this opportunity to join HCLTech and contribute to the excellence in Order Management within the dynamic tech industry.,
