You are an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience. You will be working as a freelance interviewer for an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, which provides hiring support to MNCs by conducting remote interviews, assessments, and recruitment services with the help of a network of 4000+ experienced professionals. Your key responsibilities will include conducting system testing, troubleshooting errors, and providing ongoing support for new features and functionality. You will also troubleshoot and resolve issues related to external systems. It is preferred that you hold a Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. Additionally, having Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer Certification would be a plus. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, custom objects, and advanced approvals. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning is highly preferred for developer roles. Familiarity with integration tools such as Mulesoft and Dell Boomi, as well as knowledge of APIs and web services, is important. Expertise in integrating eSignature solutions like DocuSign and Adobe Sign within CPQ workflows is also required. Moreover, a strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) tools, and their integration with Salesforce is essential. From a business perspective, you should have an understanding of the quote-to-cash (QTC) process.
