You are a Sales & Business Development Executive at Insta Power Control & Equipments (IPCE), a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom-built Medium & Low voltage electrical switchboards and turnkey solutions. With over 35 years of experience, IPCE is dedicated to quality, customer experience, innovation, and integrity. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Indore, spanning 1.5 lakh sq ft, is equipped with advanced technology to ensure precision workmanship. Holding ISO 9001:2008, TTA IEC 61439 certifications, IPCE collaborates with prestigious brands like Marriott, BHEL, Volvo, Indian Railways, and more. As a Sales & Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive end-to-end sales of HT & LT Control Panels. You will be tasked with identifying business opportunities, visiting sites and consultants, generating enquiries, preparing competitive quotations, and converting opportunities into orders. A strong technical understanding of control panels is imperative for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle for HT/LT control panels. - Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, OEMs, and end clients. - Conduct regular site visits, understand project requirements, and provide suitable technical-commercial solutions. - Prepare and submit quotations/tenders in line with project specifications. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders to achieve monthly/annual sales targets. - Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure client requirements are translated into deliverables. - Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and industry developments. - Provide regular MIS reports on enquiries, quotations, and sales pipeline. - Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HT/LT control panels, switchgear, and electrical distribution systems. - Utilize excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to generate enquiries through networking, cold calls, and client visits. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools. - Be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Willingness to travel extensively across project sites and client locations. Qualifications: - New Business Development and Lead Generation skills - Strong Business acumen and Communication skills - Excellent Account Management skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is a plus,
