You will be responsible for the complete and detailed electrical designing and engineering of kW and MW-scale PV plants, including ground mount and rooftop installations. This involves designing and calculating DC and HT/LT AC systems, as well as up to 220 kV substations. Your role will also entail the design and calculation of power transmission and distribution systems, switchgear, transformer systems, electrical rooms/enclosures, cable sizing, routing, and loss calculation. In addition, you will be tasked with designing and calculating electrical safety, protection, earthing, metering systems, UPS and battery sizing. You will play a key role in developing single line diagrams, plant layout diagrams, interconnection diagrams, control logic diagrams, and schematics. Moreover, you will design SCADA and PLC systems and evaluate bids, RFPs, and queries for power plant development and EPC projects. Your responsibilities will further include project planning, manpower estimation, scheduling, budgeting (if needed), specification development, bill of quantities, cost estimation, and inquiry floating for electrical supply and works. You will be involved in evaluating and negotiating quotations, proposals, and bids from suppliers and contractors, ensuring knowledge and compliance with IS codes/IEC standards for electrical designing. Throughout the project cycle, you will coordinate with clients, management, project teams, and other design and support teams. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, PV*SOL, SolidWorks, and HelioScope will be essential for this full-time role with a day shift schedule.,
