As an Office Administrative cum Inside Sales Executive based in Gurugram, Haryana, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and supporting inside sales activities. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, possessing both administrative efficiency and sales support skills. You will also assist in customer outreach for renewals, upselling, and satisfaction follow-ups. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills in English and local languages, exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite tools, and a positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in office administration and/or inside sales, are required qualifications.
