Quotation Executive (Female Only)

• Quotation Preparation:
• Analyze incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs), bills of materials (BOMs), and customer specifications to determine material requirements, production complexity, and scope of work.
• Calculate precise material quantities, including roof sheets (various profiles, gauges, and coatings), flashings, fasteners, sealants, and accessories.
• Determine and apply accurate manufacturing, labor, and overhead costs.
• Incorporate logistics/freight costs and relevant taxes/duties into final pricing.
• Generate formal, detailed quotation documents for submission to the sales team or directly to customers.
• Cost Management & Analysis:
• Maintain and update internal costing databases, pricing sheets, and conversion tables for raw materials (e.g., steel, aluminum) and finished products.
• Collaborate with Procurement to obtain up-to-date pricing on raw materials and outsourced components.
• Conduct variance analysis between estimated and actual costs on completed projects to refine future quoting accuracy.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the Sales Team to understand customer needs, project timelines, and strategic pricing goals.
• Liaise with the Engineering/Production Department to confirm product specifications, profile feasibility, and production lead times for custom orders.
• Communicate with customers or external sales representatives to clarify technical requirements or missing information needed for a complete quote..
• Documentation & System Management:
• Ensure all quotation files, technical documents, and pricing approvals are meticulously organized and archived.
• Compliance & Improvement:
• Ensure all quotes comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and relevant industry standards/building codes (where applicable).
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline the quotation process and improve accuracy.
