The Sales Support role is a key position where you will be responsible for various tasks related to supporting the sales team. As a Sales Support member, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of quotations for clients. Accuracy and timeliness in creating and managing quotations will be essential aspects of your role. Another important aspect of your role will be to identify new business opportunities that align with sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team will be necessary to achieve sales goals effectively. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling will also be part of your responsibilities. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes. Timely follow-up with customers and internal teams will be crucial for the success of the sales support function. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like quotation hit rate, sales growth, and customer satisfaction will also be part of your duties. Providing regular feedback and insights to improve sales performance will be essential. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing sales data, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. This role requires a graduate qualification and at least 1 year of work experience. The salary range for this position is between 12k to 19k. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Relocation or commuting to Bhopal is required for this role.
