Role Overview: We are looking for a Background Verification Executive with 2+ years of experience in the background screening industry, particularly with verifications for the Middle East and Africa region. The role involves end-to-end coordination and execution of BGV cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure in line with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end background verifications for candidates in the Middle East and Africa, including but not limited to: Employment checks Education verification Criminal record checks Identity verification Credit and civil record checks (as applicable) Review and interpret client requirements and execute verification processes accordingly. Coordinate with global partners, institutions, employers, and government bodies in the respective countries. Ensure all verifications are conducted ethically, securely, and in compliance with local laws and Quinfy’s data protection policies. Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems with real-time case progress. Escalate any red flags, data discrepancies, or delays to the concerned teams. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients as needed. Collaborate with the tech team to improve verification workflows and ensure process optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in background verification, preferably with exposure to international checks in the Middle East and Africa. Familiarity with verification norms, databases, and government procedures in countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills, with fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with tight deadlines. Proficient in using MS Office tools and digital verification platforms.
