You will assist corporate clients in booking business travel seamlessly via email, ensuring quick turnaround times and high customer satisfaction. Your role involves coordinating flights, hotels, and other travel services, proactively managing changes, and monitoring travel costs. You will also be required to prepare travel itineraries for clients. Responsibilities: Manage travel requests from corporate clients via email. Provide timely options for flights, hotels, and ground transport. Ensure bookings adhere to client travel policies and budgets. Anticipate and resolve travel issues or itinerary changes quickly. Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences. Prepare customized itineraries Requirements: Prior experience in travel booking or customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of corporate travel policies is a plus.
