Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients in target markets. Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and job portals. Support the Business Development Manager in creating proposals and presentations. Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and leads. Assist in client communication and follow-ups. Help in coordinating with internal teams for proposal development and candidate submissions. Track BD metrics and prepare reports. Who Can Apply Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related fields. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated and eager to learn about business development and recruitment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
