As an experienced Ad-Tech professional with over 4 years of domain experience, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving problems at their root, ensuring a deep understanding of the broader context. You will collaborate with various teams to establish, meet, and monitor SLAs for support issues. Interface with customers to comprehend their requirements and deliver comprehensive application and data solutions. In a high-ambiguity environment, you will need to triage multiple courses of action using quantitative analysis and business judgment. Managing sensitive issues and escalations from business teams will be a key part of your role. Building and maintaining effective internal relationships with Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Client Support Managers, and Ad Operations is essential to identify, report, and resolve issues promptly. Your qualifications include at least 1 year of experience with SQL & databases, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset with a structured approach to issue resolution. Demonstrated experience in solving technical issues with third party SSPs, MMPs, SSAI vendors, Measurement solutions, and Fraud Prevention companies is required. Experience with 3P measurement vendor troubleshooting and integration, support platforms tools, CRM or ticketing tools is preferred. You should be able to present complex technical information clearly to various audiences, especially non-technical or go-to-market teams. Familiarity with cloud-based tools like S3, Athena, QuickSights, and Kibana is advantageous. Additional experience as a Business/Product/Data Analyst, and familiarity with Redshift and Snowflake, will be considered a plus in this role.,
