Role Description This is a full-time role for a Franchisee Owner, located on-site in Assam, India. The Franchisee Owner will oversee the daily operations of the QuickGhy franchise, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies to improve sales and profitability, and maintaining compliance with company standards and policies. The Franchisee Owner will also be responsible for local marketing and community engagement activities. Qualifications Experience in business management and operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service skills Local marketing and community engagement experience Financial management and budgeting skills Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Assam, India Experience in the homecare and personal care services industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
