QuickBooks/ Zoho/ Xero Advisor

You will be joining Swati S & Associates, Chartered Accountants as a QuickBooks Advisor in New Delhi on a full-time or part-time basis. Your primary responsibilities will include managing QuickBooks operations, offering support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving QuickBooks-related issues, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. In addition, you will conduct training sessions for clients, assist in account setup, and generate detailed reports and financial statements. Furthermore, you may be involved in providing recommendations for financial planning and helping clients improve their utilization of QuickBooks software. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting, and bookkeeping. Experience in financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and tax compliance in accordance with US GAAP is essential. Familiarity with US GAAP, taxation, and US filings is a must. Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for resolving QuickBooks issues, and you should be capable of delivering training and support to clients on QuickBooks usage. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities are necessary for success in this position. Additionally, knowledge of financial planning and optimization techniques will be beneficial.,
