Quickbase Lead

Role Overview: As a QuickBase Developer Lead, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of QuickBase applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership in creating custom applications, dashboards, and integrating QuickBase with other tools. Your main responsibility will be to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, enhance, and administer a variety of QuickBase applications. - Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes using QuickBase Pipelines. - Build intuitive dashboards and reports for end-users and management to ensure data visibility and usability. - Develop custom forms, pages, and workflows to meet specific business needs. - Participate in client meetings to understand expectations/requirements, perform data analysis, and forecast future project scope. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand and enhance business processes, optimizing them through QuickBase solutions. - Collaborate with other development teams for multi-disciplinary projects and integrations. - Perform monitoring, maintenance, and reporting on real-time QuickBase databases. - Ensure successful business adoption of system capabilities by providing adoption and training support. - Support the Manager of Applications in driving product and program launch activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in QuickBase application development, including QuickBase Pipelines, API integration, and custom page development. - Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and Git for custom development and integrations. - Experience with Azure DevOps Board for project tracking and version control. - Expertise in integrating QuickBase with third-party applications using tools like Zapier. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum development methodology, able to work in iterative and collaborative environments. - QuickBase Builder and Expert Developer certification is a plus.
