We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help oversee staff, customer service, and business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations of the office Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure smooth workflow Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock management Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues Track sales, prepare daily/weekly reports, and achieve targets Train and motivate team members to improve performance Ensure company policies, SOPs, and quality standards are followed Help with marketing activities, promotions, and business development initiatives Handle cash management, billing, and basic administrative tasks Step in for the Manager during their absence
