You should be adaptable, adjusting responses based on the urgency of situations and changing circumstances, and be capable of ethically upselling and cross-selling products or services. Additionally, adherence to shift schedules, team meetings, and training requirements is crucial. Qualifications include being an undergraduate with at least six months of international call center voice or data experience or a graduate fresher. Postgraduates or individuals with a B.E./B.Tech background but lacking experience in the BPO industry will not be considered eligible. Key skills required for this role include excellent verbal communication, strong customer service abilities, taking ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty, multitasking to efficiently handle high call volumes, quick responsiveness in fast-paced environments, and being disciplined and resourceful to meet business demands in a structured, virtual call center setting.,
