XSQUADS Tech Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to become part of the dynamic team dedicated to developing and publishing mobile shooting games. As a Node.js Developer at XSQUADS Tech Private Limited, your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable server-side applications utilizing Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You will be tasked with building and managing RESTful APIs using Express.js to ensure seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems. Additionally, you will develop real-time communication features with Socket.io, implement and optimize data storage and caching mechanisms using MongoDB and Redis, and design high-level architecture for distributed systems. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a Microservices Architecture for scalability and fault tolerance, as well as utilizing Queue/PubSub systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools for managing asynchronous communication between services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, leading code reviews, enforcing best practices in software development, and troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications are all integral parts of this role. To qualify for this position, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js, proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and frameworks like Express.js, as well as in-depth knowledge of MongoDB for database management and Redis for caching and storage. Experience with Socket.io for real-time applications, strong understanding of Queue/PubSub systems, proven expertise in Microservices Architecture and scalable application design, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are all essential requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also key to mentoring junior developers and collaborating with stakeholders.
