The job requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that are crucial for the smooth functioning of the medical unit. Your primary duties will include taking vitals of the patients, assisting the doctors during patient examinations, and ensuring that patients are guided to the medical officer at the correct time for examination. Effective communication with patients regarding their disease and treatment plan is essential. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the safety and organization of instruments and equipment used in the unit. Another key responsibility is to arrange sterilized instruments and equipment in the units and ensure that all necessary items for patient examinations are readily available on the doctor's table. Attending training sessions to stay updated on the latest medical developments is also part of the role. You will play a vital role in guiding patients to specialty clinics as per the doctor's approval, accompanied by nurses and their medical records. Responding to patient queries and concerns in a clear and understandable manner is crucial for providing quality care. Coordination with the Medical Records department for OP statistics, follow-ups, and other related queries is also part of the job. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule consists of day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts. The candidate should be able to reliably commute to Chandigarh or be willing to relocate before starting work. A diploma in nursing is preferred, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and a nursing license or certification is also desirable for this role.,
