The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, and preparing sales reports. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to align sales activities with business objectives, tracking sales performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategy development Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with remote collaboration and on-site presence Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
