Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to facilitate the development process, ensuring efficient execution of tasks within sprints Quality Assurance. Support the creation and execution of test cases, focusing on validating technical solutions against business requirements. Ensure that the tools, frameworks, and pipelines are thoroughly tested for performance, security, and business continuity. Documentation & Reporting : Create detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and system interactions for technical solutions and frameworks. Prepare reports and presentations that provide insights and recommendations for stakeholders regarding system performance, business continuity, and pipeline optimization. Continuous Improvement . Continuously assess existing tools, frameworks to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Provide recommendations to enhance the scalability, resilience, and efficiency of the solutions being developed. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing. Provide technical mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise in data engineering and business technology collaboration. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a tech-focused role with exposure to frameworks, SRE, and data pipelining. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in PySpark and Python and ability to understand and leverage data engineering principles. Familiarity with cloud platforms with expertise in Snowflake for data storage, retrieval and querying and business intelligence initiatives. D ata Visualization and Reporting: Proficiency in visualizing data using tools like Tableau, Dataiku or similar with strong understanding of ETL processes from Snowflake or other data bases. Desired Skills: Ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and management skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
