Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our start-up marketing consulting team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media, servicing clients, and coordinating marketing activities, with strong skills in Microsoft Presentation, Excel ,Word and Canva. This role requires someone who is organized, resourceful, and confident in handling multiple client accounts and marketing tasks simultaneously. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, reporting, and day-to-day communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and schedule daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.) * Coordinate and service multiple client accounts with regular updates, reporting, and follow-ups * Work closely with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns * Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word * Monitor campaign performance, gather analytics, and suggest improvements * Conduct industry and competitor research to support campaign strategy * Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and monthly client performance reports * Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and help streamline processes * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates --- **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree / Master's in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency, consultancy, or similar environment * Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and their tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) * Excellent communication and client-handling skills * High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (reporting, formatting, data organization) * Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines * Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different projects Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400050, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
