Quantum Device Researcher Theory

You will be responsible for the theoretical modeling of quantum processors at QpiAI. This will involve building quantum mechanical models of superconducting qubit systems, performing numerical simulations of circuit properties and dynamics, and focusing on error correction of quantum devices. You will work closely with the processor design team to develop superconducting qubit architectures and control schemes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build quantum mechanical models of coupled superconducting qubit systems - Perform numerical simulations of superconducting circuit properties and dynamics - Focus on error correction of quantum devices - Develop superconducting qubit architectures and control schemes in collaboration with the processor design team **Qualifications Required:** - MSc/M.Tech/PhD Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics or quantum technology - Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, particularly Hamiltonian Engineering and its applications - Knowledge of circuit QED, error-correction schemes in superconducting qubits - Expertise in numerical methods and computational modeling - Programming skills in relevant quantum computing platforms - Experience in developing experimental protocols for measuring device parameters - Proven track record of successful projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of quantum technology - Familiarity with bosonic codes and autonomous error correction techniques is a plus - Experience in writing analysis reports for experimentation plan improvement is a plus - Good problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment,
