Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition, manage relationships with existing clients, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and participating in client meetings. The role also involves analyzing market trends to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth while maintaining a professional and results-oriented approach. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Strategy development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development Proficiency in Market Analysis, Financial Planning, and understanding of Financial Products Effective Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams Proven experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a results-oriented mindset Familiarity with algorithmic trading or capital markets is a plus
