Quantity Surveyor

1. Cost Planning & Estimating

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates and feasibility studies.
• Develop cost plans and budgets based on client requirements and design specifications.
• Conduct value engineering to ensure cost-effective design solutions.

2. Tendering & Procurement

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
• Assist in selecting and recommending suitable contractors or suppliers.
• Analyze and evaluate tender submissions.
• Advise on contract selection and procurement strategies.

3. Contract Administration

• Prepare and manage contracts between parties (e.g., clients, contractors, subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Handle variations, extensions of time, and change orders.

4. Cost Control & Financial Management

• Monitor ongoing project costs and keep them within budget.
• Conduct regular financial reporting and forecasting.
• Certify interim payments and final accounts.
• Identify and manage financial risks.

5. Project Management Support

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Attend site meetings and track progress.
• Provide advice on legal and contractual matters related to costs.

6. Final Account Preparation

• Settle final accounts with contractors and suppliers.
• Reconcile all project costs against budgets and contract values.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Assist in resolving contractual and payment disputes.
• Provide support in adjudication, arbitration, or litigation if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
