As a Civil Engineer with experience in Quantity Surveying function, particularly in Road Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost management and financial aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting cost estimates and preparing budget reports - Evaluating project variations and preparing claims - Monitoring project expenses and ensuring cost control measures are in place - Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial feasibility and cost efficiency - Providing cost advice and recommendations to stakeholders In addition to the above, you should have a Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
